All orders are shipped from our store in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Order by 4pm (Eastern time) for same day shipping! We ship our orders via Canada Post or UPS, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). The minute the parcel ships, you will get shipping & tracking info emailed to you. You can also select Expedited, Xpress or Priority shipping services from Canada Post.

US shipments all get shipped out with tracking as well.

Shipping order arrival times: See our chart below. Typically 1-5 business days in Canada (depending how close you are to our store in Ottawa, ON),  3-7 business days in the United States, and 4-14 days International. Please keep in mind that if you live in a remote location, shipping times can be extended.

International Shipping: At the checkout, you will be asked to choose the shipping service. Please note that not all shipping services come with tracking and if you choose "no tracking", there is unfortunately nothing we can do to help in the event that it gets lost in the mail.
