What is your return/exchange policy?

What payment methods do you accept?
In-store: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard
Online: Paypal, credit card and we now also accept Interac e-Tranfers.

What are the tax rates?
Tax rates are applied to all provinces in Canada.  Either the HST or GST will be applied and shown in the final stage of the transaction.
We do not charge tax on any U.S. or international orders, but please keep in mind that there may be duty/import charges depending on your region when you pickup/receive your shipment.


Status Cards
If you are in Canada and have a status card, we will gladly accept it. Simply enter your status card number in the notes section at checkout and we will refund the provincial portion of the tax that you paid on the order directly back to the method of payment that you used.

 I have a store. Do you offer wholesale?
We are proud to announce that we are now wholesaling our candles and soaps! Please email us and we can get a wholesale catalogue mailed out to you. We are also looking into wholesaling some of our other products and items, so please check back in the near future.

Why do you need my phone number at the online checkout?
The only purpose for collecting phone numbers is if there is a problem regarding shipping or any important questions regarding your order, we or Canada Post can reach you. Don't worry, you'll never get any spam text messages or phone calls from us. We hate that stuff too! 

Where are your products made?
We source most our products from Indigenous artists locally and throughout Canada and some from the US. We also, make a lot of products ourselves. Our mission is to support indigenous artists, and we've been doing so for 23 years.

Are all of your in-store products online?
The short answer is no. We'd love to put everything online and we are slowly working towards that, but please come and see us in store for an even bigger selection.

What currency is your store set in?
Our store is set to Canadian dollars, but you can select a number of other currencies in the dropdown box located at the top right hand corner of our website to see what the approximate conversion rate is.
