Returns & Exchanges

We fully stand behind our products and offer returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase (in store) or from when you received the items (online). Items must be in original condition and with all tags and labels secure.

Purchases in store: Simply bring in the items for return/exchange along with the receipt. Items must be in original condition and with all tags and labels secure.

Purchases online:
Canadian customers - We offer free shipping back to us in the event of a return as well as free shipping back to you if it's for an exchange. We'll provide a Canada Post pre-paid label to you that you can print off or retrieve at your local Canada Post Outlet.

U.S. & International customers - Please ship the order back to us and we will gladly issue a refund or exchange once we receive the items. For you protection, we highly recommend adding tracking info to your shipments back to us.

Holiday Return Policy:
Any purchases made from November 1 to December 24, 2017 will be refundable/exchangeable by Jan 31, 2018. This will help out all of our customers who like to do their holiday/Christmas shopping early. No stress.
