Holiday Refund/Exchange Policy:
We fully stand behind our products. Purchases made from October 1 to December 31 are eligible for return/exchange until January 31, 2024. Items must be in original condition and with all tags and labels.
For purchases made in store: Simply bring in the items for return/exchange along with the receipt. Items must be in original condition and with all tags and labels.
For purchases made online:
Canadian customers - We offer free shipping back to us in the event of a return. We'll provide a Canada Post pre-paid label to you that you can print off or retrieve at your local Canada Post Outlet.
U.S. & International customers - Please ship the order back to us and we will gladly issue a refund once we receive the items. For your protection, we recommend adding tracking to your shipments back to us in case it gets lost in the mail or delayed.
