How To Return Items

*Items must be in the original condition as purchased with any accompanying tags/packaging.

Once we receive the parcel we will the apply the refund. You'll receive an email notification with the refund information. Depending on which bank you use it normally should take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

How to Return:

If you have a printer at home:
1. Put item/s in a suitable sized box (or the same box we shipped it in to you) to ship back to us and tape it shut.

2. Head to this link and fill out your information: https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/prse/label?policyId=PR553040&LOCALE=en

A prepaid return label will be generated for you. 

3. Print the label, tape it to the top of the box and drop it off at the closest Canada Post outlet.

If you DO NOT have a printer at home: 
1. Put item/s in a suitable sized box (or the same box we shipped it in to you) to ship back to us and tape it shut.

2. Write the following address on a piece of paper and tape it to the top of the box:

Ottawa, Ontario
Canada  K2P 1Y8

3. Bring the parcel into the closest Canada Post outlet and let them know you have the following return code to use: PR553040

They'll generate the return label sticker and ship it for you.
